At Pedal Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your gear within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it remains in mint condition with all original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the pedal or electronic component in its original box, ensuring all manuals, stickers, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your item back to our inspection warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
